Super Bowl 48

What a Week! It’s hard to believe another Super Bowl has come and gone and I was once again fortunate to have an amazing experience. What a hectic, busy, and entertaining week. Catching up with friends in the business, and of course meeting new ones is always a highlight.
I spent most of the week at The Jets house, both work and pleasure. Many current and former players attended to the fans delight. I was elated that Curtis Martin and his beautiful wife joined the festivities. I loved catching up with them.  And all the fans, can’t say enough, always so kind.  I must also mention the food, it didn’t disappoint, it lived up to New York City cuisine standards, especially the eclairs (I want one now!).
As for the game itself, well, not sure there is much to say. The national anthem was absolutely amazing and Bruno Mars killed it at halftime. I have seen some mismatched games in that stadium (the butt fumble game ring a bell??) Sunday’s Broncos/Seahawks game is in the top 5.
This is my fourth Super Bowl experience and I must say I think New York and New Jersey shouldn’t host another one. It’s the greatest city on earth. And everyone knows my love affair with this city but it’s just not the best place to hold a Super Bowl. The distance deemed too much and  the week was FREEZING!!! However, the NFL must know some pretty powerful people because the sun came out to shine on game day.
Congrats Seahawks!
